A Spring of Learning and Sharing

Bob and Mabel visiting new friends with a shared enthusiasm for protecting our natural ecosystem at Few & Far Luvhondo, South Africa.

Hello again,

How are you finding Spring so far? For us over at La Cura, we like to think that ever new season brings a new opportunity for growth and renewal, but isn’t there always something a extra magical about spring?

Just this past weekend, amidst the Spring Equinox, we had our Seasonal Reset, bringing together new and old friends. The week was spent cleansing the body and soul, preparing ourselves for this moment. A new season. A springboard into the unknown.

Elsewhere in March, Bob and Mabel, joined by their four daughters, took a journey to South Africa where they met with likeminded individuals exploring regenerative farming and unique approaches to wellness and lifestyle through a sustainable lens. And back on the farm, Bob is working with his team and local distributors on the launch of Nuestra, his walnut-based vegetarian mince.

La Cura’s Spring Reset Retreat 2026

“You’ve created an incredibly special place at La cura – which feels like home while providing a top quality guest experience, in an equisitiely designed and styled authentic Catalan farmhouse that literally hugs you,” words from our returning Spring Reset Retreat guest, Dawn.

Mark your calendars

Weekends at La Cura are back!

We’ve brought back Weekends at La Cura to offer those only have time to join us for a few days but who still crave breathing space to rebalance the body and restore the spirit in the warmth of our home.

Inspirations in the bush and the city in South Africa

We travelled to South Africa for a wedding and came home with far more than we expected. From a game lodge in Limpopo doing remarkable rewilding work, to a buzzing farmers market in Cape Town that sparked a future idea Mabel hasn't been able to let go of — it was a trip full of kindred spirits and quiet inspiration.

As always, thank you for your support!

PS: As a token of our appreciation for joining us on this journey, we’re re-opening our Gratitude10 offer for 10% off your next retreat in 2026 until the end of May.

Until next time,
