Even in winter, there are new beginnings

Greetings,

With so much on the horizon at La Cura, we felt it was the perfect moment to bring back the newsletter.

So maybe you’re wondering what exactly you have signed up for? Well, it’s actually pretty simple. As the seasons change, our plan is to send you a few updates from the farm, preview the calendar ahead, pass along words of wisdom from the amazing practitioners who work with us, sprinkle in early-bird special offers, and share plant-based recipes we love (more on this soon!)

La Cura, New Years Day

This chapter of the La Cura journey is one we want to do with our community by our side, so any feedback, comments, or questions you might have are more than welcome. Ultimately, what makes La Cura special is the fact we get to share it with you.

In the spotlight

Incoming chef-in-residence, Jordán Dossantos

In the spring, our kitchen will be transformed by Chef Jordán, also known as Coa Turey. He’s joining us all the way from Puerto Rico and we’re so excited to experience is unique blend of Caribbean ancestral cuisine with conscious eating and Ayurveda.

Bob’s Journey into Regenerative Farming

Once motivated by money and the idea of freedom, Bob’s journey has led him to regenerative farming, which he believes is essential to restoring harmony between humanity and nature, and safeguarding the planet for those who come after us.

Finally, thank you!

PS: As a token of our appreciation for joining us on this new journey, we’re extending our Gratitude10 offer for 10% off your next retreat in 2026 until the end of February.

Until next time,
